Premier Elevator has custom designed each preventative maintenance program to fit the unique needs of each of our customers. Our goal is to minimize callbacks and major repairs, and maximize the life of your equipment. Our basic maintenance programs are tiered to include: a full maintenance plan, a partial maintenance plan, and an oil and grease maintenance plan. Once we evaluate your equipment and determine the extent of your needs, we will customize one of these plans to fit you. Today there are many progressive and alternative programs; however, there is no substitute for preventative maintenance.
The key to quality maintenance is having properly trained personnel. The vast experience that our team has allows us to work on all types of elevators, chairlifts, and escalators. The majority of our technicians are trained through the National Association of Elevator Contractors’ (NAEC) Certified Elevator Technician (CET) program. Additional training is provided by the manufacturers, as well as specialized in-house training. Continuing education is a priority in order to stay abreast of the newest industry technology.
